ARCHLine.XP Training and Support

Our experienced support and training team ensures that ARCHLine.XP users achieve the maximum return on their investment.

We offer you the following services:

1. Subscription License

The 24 month Subscription License. You are entitled to use the software and all Upgrades and Updates during the subscription period. It contains 3 hours training, and continuous on-line (Skype, TeamViewer) access to our highly experienced client care team. At the end of subscription contract, you can choose. You can renew the contract or you can convert the license to perpetual licence paying 10% of new license price.

2. Maintenance contract

Maintenance is a 1 Calendar Year Agreement. You receive Major and Minor Upgrades to the product, 3 hours training, e-mail or and continuous on-line (Skype, TeamViewer) support.

3. Workshops

We offer user-friendly, practical CAD workshops. The series of workshop take a very practical approach to CAD learning on both Preliminary and Intermediate levels. The content of the workshops include step-by-step exercises of typical interior design projects, taking them from 2D survey to 3D modeling.

4. One-to-one training

Online one-to-one training delivers ARCHLine.XP training right at your desktop with a member of our experienced support and training team. If you are a beginner or advanced user and you are going to increase your knowledge on a specific design workflow, online training is a cost-effective option.
